We will start a new kitchen or bathroom design from scratch to create a functional layout and transform your space. 

** Kitchen renovation projects typically range from $45k+, and Bathroom renovations usually range between $20k+ depending on cabinetry, appliances (for kitchens), material sections, floor plan changes, etc. We aim to bring your dream Kitchen or Bath to life so you can do this project right the first time.

*There will be additional costs if we need a Structural Engineer report for the project due to moving/removing walls. 

This interior design package includes:

• 30 Minutes Initial consultation to discover your design requirements, goals, and budget to start the project.
• 1.5 Hour meeting that we will discuss the space changes you'd like to make and talk about inspirational images and the vision for your new space.
• Walkthrough the space and take measurements to create a floor plan.
• Presentation of conceptual design/ proposed layout and mood board with inspirational images.
• 3D color rendering to help you visualize your new space before it’s built.
• Up to two rounds of revisions.
• Finishes and materials SELECTION will be based on your budget and your style preferences. Flooring, paint color, countertop, cabinets, hardware, wall/backsplash material, grout color, edge trims, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, and appliances (kitchen). Actual materials and images of the proposed items will be presented for review and approval.
• Drawings that include the existing condition, demolition, proposed, electrical, and lighting plans, elevations, dimensions, notes & specifications ready for construction/remodeling, and materials installation.
• Detailed specifications of the materials, finishes, and fixtures for you to order from vendors.
• Three 1 Hour video call meetings.
• 1 Hour review drawings with the contractor (One time only).
• Suggestions on how to hire the right contractor if you don't have one.

The drawings will make it easier for the contractor/subcontractors to follow and build/remodel your new kitchen or bathroom.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:

• Ordering of materials and fixtures
• Managing/overseeing the project
• Coordination with the contractor

We can assist you with any of these services for an additional fee.

Are you planning to remodel or upgrade your kitchen, bathroom, or laundry room? Do you have new construction and need design assistance with the materials, finishes, and fixtures SELECTION? This package is for you.

The selection will be based on your style preferences and budget. When selecting the finishes, we keep in mind all factors with appearance, durability, maintenance, and practicality.

• Flooring (wood, LVT, or tile)
• Countertop (Quartz, marble, or granite)
• Backsplash(Accent tile) 
• Wall tiles (bathroom)
• Paint Color
• Plumbing fixtures package (kitchen or bathroom)
• Cabinets hardware
• Lighting Fixtures (up to two fixtures)

We will provide a detailed spreadsheet with the specifications and the vendor's information to purchase from. 

NOT included in this package:

• Ordering of materials and fixtures.
• Installation - if needed, we will certainly refer an installer. Fees for this service will be applied.
